Where's Ony?

President Obama's uncle, Onyango Obama, has been released from the Pkymouth County Jail, no forwarding address. Is anyone surprised? Some interesting tid bits about this case I thought of. First, I was wondering if it is illegal to use procure a bogus SSN and if it is, why wasn't he charged. Second, Chapter 90 Sect 24b of our own Massachusetts laws states, among other things, whoever procures a Massachusetts Drivers License fraudulently is guilty of a felony and subject to up to five years in state prison. Maybe it's just me but I would think using a bogus SSN would qualify. I'm sure of one thing, any of us would have been charged!
